To use these command simply type them in chat.
To bind the command to a key try something like this in console.
bind r "say !menu"
If you downloaded the client please read the readme.txt to see how to easily implement the binds.

!menu - brings up the main menu, which you can use inventory, cast spells, assign talents, see what your current stats are.

!shop - Used in non dem_ maps to access the shops at designated areas. In dem_ maps you press "E" or +use to designated items.

!spell # - Casts a specific spell number. such as "!spell 1" will cast spell one.

!stuck - Will unstuck you if you are.

!botinfo - While aiming at a bot and you can read their name it will tell you more information about them.

!give - This will give you your proper guns if you happen to pick up ones or if you dropped yours
